~Angie Quinlan~
Rhetoric Artist (aka Public Speaker)
My story…
Growing up, I was “taught” that I was not safe…. Not safe to express my opinions, not safe to show my feelings, and not safe to be the real me. “Be on your best behavior and be perfect in everyone’s eyes or else.” The generational trauma that plagued me was heavy.
It wasn’t until I got out of my MOST horribly abusive relationship (because there were several) that I could work on a lifetimes worth of experiences that had told me I was not worthy of love or respect.
the shift…
Once I was able to learn and understand WHY I attracted the narcissistic pieces of sh*t, then I was able to move into the “self love” phase of healing. If I didn’t love me, then who else could/would love me? My “picker” was broken… I was not (which was a transformative realization). And so began my life changing journey!
empowering others…
I am passionate about helping women heal from their past life experiences and moving forward with strength, purpose and resiliency. Knowing you are not alone and you have support from others who have “been there” is life changing! I look forward to sharing my stories with you and helping you to move beyond your trauma and into the next stage of your life with power and purpose!
“As I sat in the audience I could feel Angie’s upbeat energy and her passion for the topic. Not only did we walk away feeling invigorated and ready to move into action, we felt like we got to know her on a deeper level.”
